NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday June 2, 2025 the City of Baneberry City Commission will hold a Public hearing at 521 Harrison Ferry Road at 6:00pm for the following:

Ordinance 2025 – 03: An Ordinance Amending BMC Title 15, 15-604 And Ordinance 212-5, Article VII, Sections 703.1 And 703.1-1 Of Baneberry Tennessee.

Ordinance 2025 – 09: An Ordinance To Amend The Zoning Ordinance Of Baneberry Tennessee By Specifying The Length Of Time A Building Permit Is Valid For And Adding Reference To Building Permit Fee Schedule Annually Updated

Ordinance 2025 – 11: An Ordinance To Amend The Zoning Ordinance Of Baneberry Tennessee By Revising Multiple Sections Pertaining To Site Development Standards, Permitted Uses And Other Regulations.
