I relocated to Baneberry from San Bernardino, California in 2018.  I am retired from the US Air Force as well as from law enforcement.  After much research, my wife and I decided that Baneberry would be our ideal place to retire. We enjoy the mountains, the lake and the overall atmosphere here in the Smoky Mountains.  In 2019 I filled the position of Baneberry’s Code Enforcement Officer.  I am responsible for responding to citizen concerns, referrals, and general observations as they relate to codes violations.
