NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, July 7, 2025, the City of Baneberry City Commission will hold a Public hearing at 521 Harrison Ferry Road at 6:00pm for the following:

A. ORDINANCE 2025-12: An Ordinance To Permit And Regulate Gardening On Developed And Undeveloped Lots.

B. ORDINANCE 2025-13: An Ordinance To Amend The Zoning Ordinance Of Baneberry Tennessee By Adding Definitions For Use Classifications And Adding Permitted Uses To The C-1 Commercial District.
