- Donna Hernandez made a motion to approve the agenda with the removal of items IV and VI through XI. Mark Howard seconded. Passed 3-0.

- Second reading of Ordinance 2024-03 to update General Rules of Order for Meetings (BMC 1-1-102 & 1-1-106)
1. Tom Carter made a motion to adopt ordinance 2024-03. Mark Howard seconded. Passed 3-0. - Citizen Comment Form
