Call to Order: Tom Carter called the meeting to order at 4:30p.m.
Board Members: Chairman Tom Carter
Vice-Chair Karl Kammann-Absent
Mayor Donna Hernandez
George Davis
Wade Nicely
Gunter Tillmann-Absent
Jim Stover
Approval of Minutes: Wade Niceley made the motion to approve the September 12th minutes. Seconded by George Davis. Motion passed 5-0
Old Business:
New Business: Dr. Nuzzi discussed the need to add a Board of Zoning Appeals. The following put their names in for consideration:
1. George Davis
2. Jim Stover
Citizen’s Comments: Sandy Plonski asked if there is a minimum square footage requirement for a multi-family residence. And suggested we investigate regulations or perhaps an ordinance.
Adjourn: Motion made by Mayor Hernandez, seconded by Wade Nicely at 4:45p.m.

Call to Order: Mayor Hernandez called the meeting to order at 5:00PM
Prayer Delivered: Vice Mayor Carter delivered the prayer
Pledge of Allegiance
Board Members:

Commissioner Gary Zander
Approval of Agenda: Commissioner Zander made the motion to approve the agenda.
Seconded by Vice Mayor Carter. Motion passed 3-0
Approval of Minutes: Vice Mayor Carter made the motion to approve the minutes. Seconded by Commissioner Zander. Motion passed 3-0
Communication from the Mayor: Mayor Hernandez discussed the City Dog Park security
cameras, signs have been added, water tap is being installed and possible Grand Opening
Communication from City Commissioners:
Communication from City Manager: Dr Nuzzi discussed moving to ACH Payroll, offered information about the house on Back Nine Dr., and we are looking into residential vs commercial property code enforcement.
Committee Reports:
1. Fire Department:
2. Planning Committee: Vice Mayor Carter reported they had a short meeting and the need for a Board of Zoning Appeals
3. Parks and Recreation: Sandy Plonski reported Octoberfest was a success, they are planning a Chili Cookoff for October 16, and their next meeting is October 25.
4. Road Commission: Commissioner Zander reported that cul-de-sacs have been paved
5. Codes Officer:
Old Business: Tentative, Dog Park Opening date is November 4th
First Reading of Ordinance 2022-006 Slum Clearance Motion made by Vice Mayor Carter. Seconded by Commissioner Zander. Motion carried unanimously
New Business: Need to create a Board of Zoning Appeals committee consisting of 5 members. Commission Zander said he would like to be a member. George Davis also volunteered.
