The City of Baneberry Public Hearing
Monday, June 8, 2026, at 6:00 pm

Ordinance 2026-05: An Ordinance of the City of Baneberry, TN Adopting the Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2026, and Ending June 30, 2027. Included in Ordinance 2026-05 is a proposal to maintain the current property tax rate of $0.5463 per $100 of assessed value.

VIEW: Public Notice for 2026-27 Budget and Tax Rate

Immediately following the Public Hearing, a 2nd Reading of Ordinance 2026-05: An Ordinance of the City of Baneberry, TN Adopting the Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2026, and Ending June 30, 2027 will occur at the City Commission Regular Business Meeting.

Both the Public Hearing and the City Commission Regular Business Meeting will be held at the Baneberry City Hall Community Center, 521 Harrison Ferry Road, Baneberry TN 37890. For additional information, call (865) 674-0124
