Minutes of Baneberry Special Meeting
City Commission
February 22, 2022, 6 PM
Baneberry City Hall

1. Call to order: Vice-Chair Tom Carter called the meeting to order at 6:10 PM

2. Roll Call: Present was Vice-Chair Tom Carter and Commissioner Gary Zander. Mayor Donna Hernandez was absent.

3. Citizen’s comments: none

4. New Business: Commission voted to hire Sarah Turner as the new city manager contingent upon a background check. A motion was made by Gary Zander and a second by Tom Carter and the vote was unanimous.

Commission also voted to authorize new city recorder Nancy Zander to sign all necessary documents for the city.

This was upon a motion by Tom Carter and a second by Gary Zander and the vote was unanimous.

5. The meeting was then adjourned at approximately 6:15 PM
