Minutes of Baneberry Planning Commission
February 7, 2022, 4:30 PM
Baneberry City Hall

1. Call to Order: Chairman Tom Carter called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM

2. Roll Call: The roll call was done with the following members present:

Chairman Tom Carter
Vice-Chair Karl Kammann
Mayor Donna Hernandez
Gunter Tillman
Wade Nicely

Absent: Jim Stover

3. Approval of Minutes: Minutes of the meeting of Jan. 10, 2022, were approved upon a motion by Karl Kammann and a second by Gunter Tillman and the vote was unanimous.

4. Citizen’s Comments: None

5. Old Business: Chairman Carter announced that Michael Harris has resigned from the Planning Commission and Mayor Hernandez announced that she had appointed George Davis to replace him.

The commission then approved the fence application for Brian McHenry upon a motion by Gunter Tillman and a second by Wade Nicely and the vote was unanimous.

6. New Business:

Approved the renovation of Richard Gifford, 3510 St Andrews with a variance of 3 ft. on property line upon motion by Wade Nicely and a second by Gunter Tillman and the vote was unanimous.

Approved combining lots 35 and 36 for Richard Fifer at Travelers Cove upon a motion by Karl Kammann and a second by Gunter Tillman and was unanimous.

Approved new house construction for Jesse and Kayla Williamson at 3400 Iron Gate upon a motion by Wade Nicely and a second by Gunter Tillman and was unanimous.

Approved new house construction for Jason Kennedy at 1035 Horizon Dr. upon a motion by Gunter Tillman and a second by Karl Kammann and was unanimous.

Approved new house construction for Martin Barrett and Tina Raddish at 3504 Nina Ferry Point contingent upon the approval of the building inspector and submission of building plat. This was approved upon a motion by Wade Nicely and a second by Gunter Tillman and was unanimous.

7. Adjourn: The meeting was adjourned at approximately 4: 55 PM
