Monday, June 24, 2024, at 5:00p.m.
I. Call to Order: Mayor Hernandez called the meeting to order at 5pm.
II. Roll Call: All three Commissioners were present.
Prior to Public Comment, CM Phagan explained that the Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025, contains the new certified tax rate of 0.4463 in Section 8, which will be approved as part of passing this Ordinance.
III. Public Comment: Must complete and submit a Public Comment form prior to the start of the meeting. None
IV. Business Item:
A. Ordinance No. 2024-11: An Ordinance of the City of Baneberry, Tennessee adopting the Annual Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025.
V. Adjourn: Commissioner Howard made a motion to adjourn. Vice Mayor Carter seconded. Passed 3-0.

III. Business Item:
Second Reading-Ordinance No. 2024-11: An Ordinance of the City of Baneberry, Tennessee adopting the Annual Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025.
- Commissioner Howard made a motion to pass on second reading Ordinance 2024-11: An Ordinance of the City of Baneberry, Tennessee Adopting the Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2024, and Ending June 30, 2025, including the certified tax rate provided by the State Assessor. Vice Mayor Carter seconded. Passed 3-0.
IV. Adjourn: Vice Mayor Carter made a motion to adjourn. Commissioner Howard second. Passed 3-0.
